Build a Loving Relationship with your Whole Self
Something within you is calling you towards a more aligned life. A quiet voice, perhaps getting louder, asking you to listen to a longing from your inner depths. There's a sense of something better. I'm here to help you actualize that call.

It can be difficult to find love and empathy for all parts of ourselves, and yet this is what we need most. My goal is to help you soften your self-judgement, resolve inner conflict, and heal from relational and cultural trauma so you can create more fulfilling connections with others, find balance, and access the innate gift of further embodying your authentic Self.

I use an eclectic combination of therapy techniques including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian Depth Psychotherapy and Dreamwork, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Somatic, Existential, and Gestalt approaches, along with Nature-Based Ecotherapy. Additionally, I draw from a variety of spiritual and esoteric traditions in the way I think about what it means to grow and develop.

Let's see if we're a good fit
Therapist fit is important. I know I'm not the right therapist for every person, and I want you to find the right one, even if that's not me. My ideal client is motivated, connected or seeking a deeper connection with their body, and interested in deeper work. I tend to work well with clients who believe they're capable of change, even if they're not entirely sure how to make that happen right now.

My ideal client is looking for a greater sense of purpose and clarity and enjoys self-discovery. They also know there's a balance between the outside forces of circumstance and taking responsibility for their decision making. I do not work well with people who think everything is someone else's fault or clients who are frequently in crisis.

I've created a list of issues that I know I work well with. I may be able to support you in other things outside this list as well, and welcome a discussion to see if we would be a good fit.
I excel in and enjoy working with:
Life path, life transition and identity issues
Relational, cultural, religious, or ancestral trauma
Relationship, poly/non-monogamy, and  codependency issues
Gender, SW, and LGBTQIA+ Issues
Sexuality or kink-related issues
Grief and Loss
Psychedelic Integration, Addiction and Recovery, and Harm Reduction
Unblocking creativity and self-expression
